The Zello channel upon which members activate “EMERGENCY ASSIST” requests. This channel is monitored by our CCUS-Ops Team 24/7/365. Once an Emergency Request has been received, our Ops Team members will establish a private communications channel for personal security reasons. They will then identify and coordinate the response of whatever local assistance, assets, or resources are needed.
If issuing an EMERGENCY ASSIST request, please DO NOT broadcast your name, personal information, or exact location. A member of our Ops Team will contact you for any pertinent information.
